Website Design & Build Agreement

This agreement covers the website project between Elite Web Design Co. and Future Visual Marketing. By accepting the terms on the proposal and completing payment, the Client agrees to the terms below.

1. Scope of Work

Elite Web Design will design and build the website package selected by the Client on the proposal:

• Option A — Finish & Elevate the Squarespace ($2,800): a restructured, project-first portfolio with real case studies, a cohesive visual system tied to the Client's actual work, refined typography and layout, full mobile polish, and clear calls to action.
• Option B — Signature Custom Build ($4,720): a fully custom-coded, editorial, work-first website with considered motion, a case study system, quantified capability stats, marquee client presentation, and a fast, bespoke experience.
• Growth Add-on — SEO, AEO & GEO Layer (+$1,200, optional): traditional SEO, local search targeting, and Answer Engine Optimization.

2. Payment Terms

Projects are billed 50% to reserve the start date and begin work, and 50% at launch. Alternatively, the Client may pay in full up front for a 5% discount on the total. The payment made at checkout reflects the option selected. The remaining balance (if any) is due at launch, prior to final handoff.

3. Timeline

Option A is completed in approximately 2 to 3 weeks, and Option B in approximately 4 to 6 weeks, measured from the deposit and the Client's handoff of required content (project photography, client names, and details to feature). Timelines may shift if content or feedback is delayed.

4. Revisions

The project includes reasonable rounds of revision within the agreed scope. Work beyond the described scope (additional pages, features, or major direction changes) will be quoted separately and agreed before proceeding.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client will provide project photography, copy details, client names to feature, and timely feedback. The Client confirms it has the rights to all materials it provides.

6. Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, the finished website and its custom assets belong to the Client. Elite Web Design may display the completed work in its portfolio.

7. Cancellation

Either party may end the project in writing. Payments already made are non-refundable, as they reserve the schedule and cover work performed.
